Most equipment requires annual inspections. Lifts, escalators and pressure vessels all have statutory intervals under MOM and BCA regulations. If you are unsure, we can check your compliance status.

Pricing depends on the type of equipment, its size or capacity, and the scope of work required — a single lift inspection is priced differently from a multi-vessel pressure inspection or a full compliance audit. Request a quote and we will give you an accurate figure based on your specific equipment and site.

Our inspections are end-to-end. We assess the equipment, conduct load or pressure tests where needed, check documentation, and issue a certificate of examination.

Yes. We guide clients through the full compliance process — from inspection to certification of existing equipment, and plan submission and registration for new equipment.

We walk you through the findings, highlight what needs to be fixed, and offer advisory support. Once rectifications are made, we return for a follow-up inspection if required.

We work with property developers, town councils, MCSTs, factory owners, logistics hubs, maintenance contractors and building management teams across commercial, industrial and residential spaces.

Yes — our team includes Specialist Professional Engineers (SPEs), MOM-registered Authorised Examiners (AEs) and BCA-authorised Lifts and Escalators Inspectors (LEIs). We are a licensed corporation under the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.

Both options are available. Whether you need a one-off check or prefer a longer-term inspection plan, we are happy to customise our services to fit your needs.

Both. Emaan Inspection handles statutory inspections and compliance audits, while our joint venture, Emaan Stellar Engineering Solutions, covers Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) design, Civil & Structural (C&S) engineering, and drone or confined-space surveys. If your project needs design work alongside inspection and certification, we can support the full scope.
