How the joint venture works

One entity, two practices

EMAAN Stellar Engineering Solutions LLP

Launched in March 2026 as a joint venture between Emaan Inspection Pte Ltd and Stellar Structures. Emaan brings statutory inspection and Authorised Examiner work built up since 2001; Stellar Structures brings civil, structural and M&E design capability.

The LLP is how the two practices contract together, so a project needing design, supervision and statutory certification sits with one team rather than three appointments.

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, submissions and site coordination, from tender documentation through testing and commissioning.
Civil Engineering

Civil & structural

Structural design and checking, addition and alteration works, condition surveys, and site supervision under a Professional Engineer.
AE Inspection

AE inspections

Statutory examination by MOM-certified Authorised Examiners: pressure vessels, lifting equipment and the certification that follows.

Drone & confined space

Facade and roof survey by drone, and confined space inspection of tanks, ducts, and voids, where access would otherwise mean scaffold or entry risk.
